D. Put forward stiffness requirements for diesel pump springs. The spring (A) used in the oil transfer Pump with 10.5 turns, 8.5 effective turns and diameter of 2.3 mm was changed into a spring with 9.5 turns, 7.5 effective turns and diameter of 2.5 mm, which ensured the pre-load of spring and improved the stiffness of spring.

The reliability test of the improved diesel pump assembly was carried out again. No cracks appeared in all parts of the pump body during the 500 h running of the test, and the piston wear was within the requirements, but the check valve at the oil outlet still had severe wear. Related technical personnel analyzed this, and finally thought that the fit gap between the middle hole of the diesel pump outlet pipe joint and the outer circle of the check valve was too large, so the fit gap was changed from 0. 150 0. 300 mm to 0. During this period, the structure of the diesel pump oil filter cup was not reliable, so the structure was redesigned, code-named 05S2023, and 10 samples of 05S2023 oil pump were immediately produced. The test results show that the fuel supply performance of the diesel pump is obviously better than that of the 05S2022 oil transport pump, and the reliability of the filter cup structure is also improved.

The improved double-acting diesel pump did not have any fault during the cold-tow reliability test for 1 000 h, the wear of each component was normal, and the performance indexes still met the requirements.

Dual acting diesel engine water pump pump has the advantages of compact structure, small shape, high working intensity, strong oil supply capacity and so on, which can meet the requirements of increasingly compact engine design. At the same time, the general requirements of diesel pump assembly components must be improved, including its materials, machining accuracy, connection strength and fit clearance, etc., to meet its reliability, average failure time and other related product technical requirements. After, for the diesel engine pump on the oil road smooth requirements must also pay attention to, because the high pressure diesel engine pump close to the exhaust pipe of the diesel engine, the temperature is high, so should prevent the oil pump fracture, damage oil leakage and other problems caused by fire and other major economic accidents.
